Do my viewers get a discount?+
Yes. When someone visits Ode through your tracking link, a $5 discount is auto-applied at checkout (no code needed). Your 30% commission is still calculated on the post-discount total, so a $24.99 song becomes $19.99 for them and pays out $5.99 in commission to you. The discount doesn't stack with gift cards or other promo codes.
What counts as a valid sale?+
Any completed purchase made within 30 days of clicking your link, where the order is not refunded or charged back. Song orders pay 30%. Upsells (lyric plaques, keepsake books, greeting cards, extra songs) and gift card sales pay 20%, attributed to the same partner who drove the sale.
Which countries is the program open in?+
Right now we're paying commissions on sales in the United States only. We're launching in the UK, Canada, and Australia next. If you have audience in those markets, apply now and we'll notify you on launch.
Can I run paid ads against the Ode brand?+
No direct bidding on "Ode", "odesongs", or trademark variants. You're welcome to run paid social or search on generic gifting, personalized song, and occasion-based keywords.
Do you provide creative?+
We don't supply a creative pack. You know your audience better than we do and your own voice converts best. What we do offer select partners: a one-time gift card reimbursement worth the full value of the order you're filming with, so you can create an authentic review with a real Ode song for someone you love. Request it by email before you place the order and we'll send the code over the same day.
Can Ode reshare my posts?+
Yes, with two different rules. For Ode's organic channels (our own Instagram, TikTok, email, blog) joining the program grants a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reshare your Reels, TikToks, Stories, and reviews, always with credit to your handle. For paid ads we ask first: if we'd like to put spend behind a specific clip of yours, we'll message you with the details and you can approve or decline that one. Your content, your call on paid.
How long does approval take?+
We review applications personally within 24 to 36 hours. We say yes to the majority of serious applicants: creators, agencies, affiliate managers, and community operators. If you're borderline, we'll email you to chat first.
