Our satisfaction guarantee
Every Ode is created uniquely for the one you're celebrating. We stand behind the quality of every song we generate. If your song does not meet the standard you expected, we will regenerate it free of charge, as many times as it takes, or issue a full refund, no questions asked. Requested changes that go beyond your original brief, such as a different genre, a different language, or a new musical direction, are offered at a 30% discount rather than free of charge.
Eligibility for a refund or regeneration
- You received a song that did not reflect the memories or details you submitted.
- There is a technical error (for example, the audio did not generate or the delivery link is broken).
- You request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase.
How to request a refund or regeneration
Contact us via our contact form with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day.
For a quality regeneration, please include any details about what fell short and we'll prioritize your request at no charge. If you'd like a different direction (a new genre, language, or musical style), let us know and we'll send a discounted remake link.
Physical products (book, plaque, greeting card)
For physical keepsake products, refunds or replacements are available if the item arrives damaged or with a printing error. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and include a photo of the damage.
We do not accept returns on personalized physical items that have been correctly printed to your specifications, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; you will not be charged again after cancellation. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
