How much does an Ode gift card cost?+
Gift cards start at $25. You can choose any custom value between $25 and $5,000. Corporate bulk orders may qualify for volume pricing.
How quickly is a gift card delivered?+
Gift cards are delivered instantly by email. You can also schedule delivery for a specific date and time, perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or holidays.
Can I send a gift card to someone else's email?+
Yes. At checkout, select 'Send directly to recipient', enter their email address, and optionally add a personal message. The recipient will receive a beautifully designed email with their unique code.
Can I schedule a gift card to arrive on a specific date?+
Absolutely. Select 'Schedule delivery' during checkout and choose any future date and time. You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled send time.
Redemption
How do I redeem an Ode gift card?+
Visit odesongs.com and start creating a song. At checkout, you'll see a 'Have a gift card?' field. Enter your code there and the balance will be applied automatically. If the gift card covers the full cost, no payment method is needed.
Can I use a gift card for any product?+
Yes. Gift cards can be applied to any product at checkout: the Digital Song Video, Hardcover Keepsake Book, Acrylic Plaque, Greeting Card, or the Complete Bundle.
What if my gift card balance doesn't cover the full order?+
You can pay the remaining balance with a credit or debit card. The gift card balance is deducted first, and you only pay the difference.
Can I check my gift card balance?+
Yes, enter the code in the 'Have a gift card?' field at checkout to see your current balance before completing a purchase.
Can I use multiple gift cards on one order?+
Currently, one gift card can be applied per order. Contact us at hello@odesongs.com if you need to combine balances.
Expiration & Terms
Do Ode gift cards expire?+
Gift cards are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Unused balances expire after this period. The expiration date is shown in your confirmation email and on your Account page.
Are gift cards refundable?+
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. If you have an issue (for example, a technical problem during checkout), please contact us at hello@odesongs.com and we'll do our best to help.
Can I transfer my gift card to someone else?+
Gift card codes are not tied to a specific person. Anyone with the code can redeem it. You can share your code with someone else, but Ode is not responsible for codes that are shared or lost.
What if I lose my gift card code?+
Check your original confirmation email, the code is included there. If you can't locate it, contact us at hello@odesongs.com with your order details and we'll help you recover it.
Corporate & Bulk
Do you offer bulk pricing for corporate gifting?+
Yes. We offer 10% off for 11 to 50 gift cards, 15% off for 51 to 100, and custom pricing for 100+. Visit the Corporate Gifting page for details.
Can I pay by invoice for a bulk order?+
Yes. Invoice payment (30-day terms) is available for orders of 10 or more gift cards. Request this option on the Corporate Gifting form.
Can I import recipients via CSV?+
Yes. Our Bulk Order tool lets you upload a CSV with recipient emails, names, gift amounts, and custom messages. We send each recipient their personalized gift card by email.
